Business basics
- Business name exactly as you want it displayed
- Address or service area
- Phone number and best contact email
- Hours of operation
- License or certification numbers, if you display them
This is what makes you findable and contactable.
Your services, in plain words
- A short description of what you do — notes are fine
- Your list of services (and prices, if you publish them)
- Any text you already use in ads, flyers, or social posts
- Service area details or neighborhoods you cover
You don’t need written website copy. We turn these details into your page content within your package scope.
Photos
- One strong hero photo
- 3–5 supporting photos (work, team, storefront, or products)
- Highest resolution you have — straight from the phone is fine
No photos yet? We build a layout that works without photography.
Brand, if you have one
- Logo files
- Brand colors or fonts already in use
- Existing website or social profiles to reference
If you don’t have a brand yet, we propose one that fits your business.

When the 48-hour clock starts
The target begins once your business details, photos, and chosen package are in our hands and confirmed. Swapping assets partway through re-bases the target on the replacement set.
What happens to your assets
Your assets are used to build your website and are handed back to you with the finished site. You own the finished site, the files, and the assets at handoff.
If something is missing
Send what you have. We will tell you exactly what is still needed in writing, and we won’t start the turnaround clock on an incomplete set.
