Most standard sites are ready within 48 hours after we receive everything needed to begin. Larger or custom work takes longer, and we tell you up front. The 48-hour clock runs in business hours and starts the moment your copy, photos, business information, and chosen package are in our hands and confirmed. If you swap assets partway through, the target re-bases on the moment the replacement set lands. For Pro or Gold builds that involve deeper custom work, the timeline is set up front and confirmed in writing — not assumed.

What does the Basic $299 package actually include?

Up to 4 pages, mobile-responsive design, a working contact form, basic SEO setup, and one consolidated revision round. Basic is a clean, professional website that gives you a presence online. You send your business details and any photos; we turn that material into a mobile-ready site so you can be found and contacted. Standard $499 layers in more pages, a gallery where appropriate, maps and booking/social integrations, deeper customization, and a Brickloom-prepared Company Profile. Most small businesses pick Standard.

What do I need to give you to get started?

Your business details, any photos, brand colors and logo if you have them, and the package you picked. Send business basics (name, address, service area, phone, hours, any licenses), a plain description of your services, and 4–6 photos if you have them. Rough notes are fine — we shape that material into the website content for your package scope, and you review it in your revision round. If you don’t have a brand yet, we propose one that fits. We send a short checklist after intake.

How many revisions do I get?

One consolidated revision round — you gather your notes across every page and we apply them together in one pass before launch. You see the site before it goes live. Walk each page, write down what you want changed, and send your notes in a single message. We apply them together so the result is coherent — not a sequence of small fixes. If a project needs a deeper second round, it is quoted separately so the published package price stays the price.

Who owns the finished site?

Accepted Answer

You do — fully. The site, the files, the bundle, and the assets are yours at handoff with no Brickloom lock-in. When the build is done we hand back the finished website, the website files, and the assets. You can move it anywhere, host it anywhere, and bring in any other developer to maintain it. There is no proprietary Brickloom builder to keep it running — your finished website is yours in the ordinary sense.

Which package should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Most small businesses pick Standard $499. Pro is for conversion focus. Gold is the highest-touch build within agreed scope. If you need a clean presence online and a contact form, Basic $299 is a real, valuable option. If you want to look established, showcase services or work, and add integrations like maps and booking links, Standard $499 is the sweet spot and Most Popular. If you want deeper customization and conversion-focused features, Pro $599 adds advanced forms and integrations plus Market Research. If you want the highest-touch build with a written Business / Product Roadmap, Gold $749 is the package — within the scope we agree in writing.

What happens after I send the contact form?

We aim to reply in writing within one business hour during service hours, with the next steps for the package you picked. Once your message lands, we confirm the package you picked, tell you exactly what we need from you next (business info, copy, photos), and give you a clear turnaround estimate for your specific scope. If your project needs a custom quote, we say so in that first reply — not after work has started. There is no phone tag and no discovery call. The whole intake is written.

Are there any extra costs beyond the package price?

No hidden fees. The published package price is the price — a finished website bundle, one revision round, and handoff are included. Each package ships with everything listed in the includes list — finished website, contact form, SEO setup, one consolidated revision round, and a handoff with your files and assets. There is no separate fee for revisions within scope, for owning your site, or for relaunching it. The only custom quotes are for things genuinely outside the four published package scopes.

What if I need e-commerce, logins, or something custom?

Quoted separately. Scope, price, and timeline are agreed before any work begins. Gold is the highest-custom package within explicitly agreed scope. Substantial custom development — online stores, customer accounts or login systems, custom databases, complex booking or payment systems, or anything else outside the four published package scopes — is quoted separately before any work begins. Gold covers the deepest customized website within the scope we agree in writing, but it is not unlimited custom development. If your project needs the larger kinds of systems above, send a note and we will tell you what is possible, the price, and the timeline.

No. The examples shown are demonstration builds and portfolio references illustrating Brickloom’s capabilities — not presented as client work. We keep the public site free of completed-client work so we do not accidentally imply a project we did not build or a relationship we do not have. Everything in the examples and visuals is reference content — designed to show what a Brickloom build looks and feels like, not to represent a specific customer or claim results we cannot guarantee.
